Request for Proposals – Supply of Pumper Fire Fighting Apparatus (RFP #2025-03)

The Municipality of Temagami invites qualified manufacturers to submit proposals for the supply of one (1) 4x4 Pumper Fire Apparatus with a 1500 imperial gallon water tank for the Marten River Fire Department. The unit must comply with current NFPA 1901 standards and be suitable for Canadian climate and road conditions. Full technical specifications, warranties, and delivery and training details are outlined in the official RFP document.

Interested proponents must submit a complete proposal, including engineering drawings, warranty information, references, and pricing (submitted as a separate document), by 4:00 p.m. EST on June 2, 2025. Proposals must be emailed in PDF format to mrfire@temagami.ca with the subject line: RFP – Supply of One (1) Pumper Fire Apparatus. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Evaluation will be based on technical compliance, warranty and service provisions, references, and cost. The Municipality reserves the right to negotiate with the top-ranked proponent, reject any or all proposals, or cancel the process without awarding a contract.
