Public Notice: Highway 11 Pilot Project – TESR Now Available 

The Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has released the Transportation Environmental Study Report (TESR) for the Highway 11 Pilot Project – GWP 5151-21-00, proposing a new 2+1 roadway configuration between Sand Dam Road and Ellsmere Road. This model is designed to improve traffic flow and safety through alternating passing lanes, median barriers, and key infrastructure improvements.

Public review is open from June 4 to July 4, 2025.
