Official Plan Review 2009Under Section 26 of the Planning Act, Municipalities are required, not less frequently than every five years after the Official Plan comes into effect or after a part of the Official Plan comes into effect, to carry out a review of the Official Plan. The Council of the Municipality of Temagami will be reviewing Temagami’s Official Plan in 2009. This involves a substantial public process including statutory public meetings and other information gathering meetings and processes. | |||
