TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to Section 295 of the Ontario Municipal Act, 2001 the Corporation of the Municipality of Temagami will make available upon request a copy of our 2010 audited financial statements, the notes to the financial statements, the auditor’s report and the tax rate information for the current and previous year as contained in the financial review to any taxpayer or resident of the municipality at no cost.

The Ontario Clean Water Agency has completed the 2010 Annual Reports for the Temagami North and South Water Treatment Plants.
They are available for viewing at the Municipal Office or Click Here to view them online

The Chocrane Temiskaming Waste Management Board no longer accepts glass recycling. The bins have been converted into plastic recycling.
There will still be glass recycling available on the Lake Temagami Access Road and in Marten River.

The Municipality of Temagami currently has five lots for sale on Goward Avenue and Hillcrest Drive. The price for each lot is $8,000. Please contact the Temagami Economic Development Office at 569-3421 for more information and conditions.
The Municipality’s landfills are not equipped to accept or store hazardous waste
materials and will no longer be accepting them. Year round and seasonal residents who would previously put these items out for garbage pick up or take them to the landfills or transfer stations may take their household hazardous waste to the North Bay Hazardous Waste Depot free of charge.
